The Koriyama Green Curry you can enjoy at Petit Green is a carefully crafted local specialty made with plenty of seasonal ingredients nurtured by Koriyama’s rich nature.
It uses lots of green vegetables such as spinach and green onions, giving it a vibrant look. With each bite, the sweetness and umami of the vegetables melt into the sauce, and the aroma of spices whets the appetite. The fish balls made with minced carp from Koriyama are also full of flavor.
For the rice, we use the local brand “あさか舞”. It pairs perfectly with the curry, leaving a taste you’ll never forget after just one bite.

This is でここ’s original curry made with melt-in-your-mouth pork belly that has been salted and simmered with white wine and aromatic vegetables, using a pork stock.
