Notes and notices regarding the Services (collectively, the “Notices”) are also included in these Terms. Users must review, understand, and agree to these Terms before using the Services.

◆About the Services

1. When using the Services, Users shall, at their own expense and responsibility, prepare the necessary equipment such as communication devices, software, and network environment.
2. The Services consist of the provision of information conducted through “ぐるっといわき,” “ぐるっといわきLIFE,” “ぐるっと郡山,” and “ぐるっと会津” (hereinafter, the “Site”), as well as the provision of other information.
3. The contents of the Services may be changed at any time without prior notice. Even if such changes cause disadvantages or damages to Users, the Secretariat shall bear no responsibility.

◆Copyright
The copyrights and other intellectual property rights to the content posted on the Site (including related information such as descriptions and keywords attached to the content) belong to ぐるっと株式会社, and Users shall not infringe these rights.
When other companies use the content, permission from our company is required.
It is prohibited to use any content posted on this Site without our prior permission or beyond the scope of permission granted by us.
If content is used without our prior permission, the relevant User shall pay us an image usage fee (10,000 yen per item, excluding tax) and compensate for all damages suffered by the photographer and the subject (including litigation costs and attorney’s fees).
 

◆Prohibited Conduct
Users shall not engage in the following acts when using the Services.

1. Altering or deleting information provided through the Services, or acts that may result in such alteration or deletion.

5. Interfering with the operation of the Services by any means.
6. Criminal acts or acts that lead to criminal acts.

9. Acts that are contrary to public order and morals, laws, or other moral standards, or that may be so.
